AI Product Management and GHG Reporting App Development

Green On Demand Strategies, Inc. seeks to enhance its operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness through the development of an AI-driven application. The primary goal of this project is to streamline the company's business systems by automating workflows from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through sales and delivery processes. By integrating AI, the app will not only automate these workflows but also provide valuable data analytics capabilities. These analytics will offer insights into product profiles and quantify CO2 emission reductions, thereby supporting the company's sustainability goals. The project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of AI, data analytics, and app development in a practical setting, focusing on creating a cohesive and efficient system that aligns with Green On Demand's objectives.

Deliverables

The project will result in a prototype of an AI-driven app that automates key business processes and provides data analytics for marketing insights. Deliverables include:

- A functional prototype demonstrating automated workflows from CRM to delivery.

- A data analytics module that offers insights into product profiles and CO2 emission reductions.

- Documentation detailing the app's architecture, functionality, and user guide.

- A presentation summarizing the project's outcomes and potential impact on Green On Demand's operations.
