Our organization partners to provide onsite third-party Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), and Environmental Services (EVS), audits of practices and processes with objective, qualitative and quantitative feedback that are used to recognize results and develop quality improvement action plans. Our in-person infection control and environmental services education and training sessions, provided to IPAC Leads, frontline employees, clinicians, and leadership teams, develops fundamental and consistent knowledge and experience. We also partner to introduce IPAC and EVS manuals, and IPAC and EVS program development and implementation.

Performance Management Systems
As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee and organizational performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on performance evaluation tools. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption and strategic tools to move the organization forward. We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary design and redesign of these tools to ensure targets, goals and performance targets are being documented and called upon. Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability work development
We are looking for students to work with our organization to assess and develop a Corporate Social Responsibility/sustainability plan. We want to positively impact sustainability, and interested to know where we can contribute to the UN SDGs and other sustainability initiatives.
Business Administration Placement
We’re looking for a student to help with one or more areas in our business, which could include: Advancing Business Administration - reviewing/updating our vision, mission and values, developing annual goals/objectives, or payroll and financial processes Developing our Human Resources - policy review/development, DEI, Talent Acquisition, or H&S program work Executing our Marketing plans - sourcing, curating, developing, and posting content, and implementing strategies Creating Sales materials - sales projections, sales material and resources Implement Financial structures - budget development, forecast, variance reports, and accounts payable/receivable tracking Digitalize processes - payroll timecards, training sign-in sheets, or audit forms Updating Communication resources - revising/standardizing communication templates such as letter heads, reports, presentations, or social media templates Planning Events - compiling conference/tradeshow opportunities and cost, and outlining a business case
Talent Acquisition/Hiring Consultancy
We would like to develop a system to effectively build our workforce. Working with students, we want to assess and improve our hiring practices and implement structure and best practices. Students should be prepared to: Evaluate our current recruitment and selection procedures. Develop hiring systems and processes, based on best practices and our organizational needs. Consider the use of psychometric tests, assessment exercises, and standardized interview practices. Recommend talent acquisition branding and marketing strategies
